Steam Trap Float Threaded / Flange ADCA Flt 32
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The FLT32 float steam traps (with integral air vent) are designed to operate on a wide variety of low and high pressure steam systems.
Typical applications include reheaters, heat exchangers, dryers, pressure vessels and other applications where continuous system drainage is required.
Connections are threaded or flanged and are suitable for horizontal or vertical installation.
Maximum differential pressure:
FLT32-4,5: 4,5 bar
FLT32- 10: 10 bar
FLT32- 14: 14 bar
FLT32- 21: 21 bar
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Controlled discharge.
Drains condensate at a temperature close to that of the steam.
Not affected by sudden changes in system load and pressure.
Excellent air venting (via thermostatic air vent)
Upon request:
- Horizontal installation with fluid direction from left to right (LR)
- Vertical installation with fluid direction from top to bottom (V)
WORKING FLUID / MEDIUM
Saturated and superheated steam.
EXECUTION
• Model with raised cover (HC)
• SLR version (Steam release lock)
• Built-in internal filter element
• Vertical installation with fluid direction from top to bottom
• Thermostatic air vent
Dimensions: 1/2″ – 2″
