steam Trap With Inverted Piston ADCA LB30S / LB30SS

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The IB30 series of steam traps are of inverted piston design and are recommended for use in systems where continuous efficient and trouble-free operation is required. They do not stop performing their functions, even with the passage fully open or closed, which makes them suitable for use at medium and high steam pressures. The connection is threaded or flanged.

WORKING FLUID / MEDIUM

• Saturated steam

EXECUTION

• threaded ISO7/1 Rp (BS21)
• flanged EN 1092-1 PN40 or ANSI

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

• In a horizontal position.

MAIN ADVANTAGES

• Controlled discharge.
• Drains condensate at a temperature close to that of steam.
• Not affected by hydraulic shocks and vibrations in the system.
• Easy to maintain.

Dimensions: DN 15 – 25

Description

The ADCA IB30S and IB30SS steam Traps with Inverted Piston are engineered for high-efficiency steam removal in industrial compressed air systems. These robust traps ensure reliable operation by utilizing an inverted piston mechanism that minimizes air loss and enhances energy savings. Designed for durability and low maintenance, they are ideal for applications requiring consistent performance under varying pressure conditions.Key features include:Inverted piston design for minimal air consumptionStainless steel construction (IB30SS model) for corrosive environmentsEasy maintenance with accessible internal componentsSuitable for pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures to 80°CInstallation is straightforward, with universal mounting options that integrate seamlessly into existing systems. The traps effectively remove steam, oil, and contaminants, protecting downstream equipment and improving overall system efficiency. Their design reduces the risk of freezing and ensures continuous operation even in demanding industrial settings.Ideal for use in manufacturing, automotive, and processing industries, the ADCA IB30 series traps offer long service life and reduced operational costs. They comply with industry standards for safety and performance, making them a trusted choice for professionals seeking reliable steam management solutions.
