Flange “Slip-On” Type ANSI B16.5 Class #300

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

“SLIP-ON” flanges according to ANSI B16.5 / Class #300 are pipeline elements that are widely used in the construction of steel pipelines and pipe segments (spools) used in industry, industry, shipbuilding and ship repair.
They are steel flat flanges that slide onto the end of the pipe on which they are mounted, then are welded from the inside and outside. As the pipe slides into the flange, it has a shaped neck that is welded after positioning it in place.

We stock flat / “SLIP-ON” steel flanges according to ANSI B16.5 / class #150 and #300, but can supply flanges with class up to #2500, in various materials. We have the necessary machining equipment, which allows us to offer flanges with sealing surfaces.

• sealing surface type A, B2, C, D, E, F
• non-standard sealing surfaces on request
• profile grooves for metal sealing rings (segments) type RTJ
• threaded type flanges
• flanges made to customer specifications, and others.

SUPPORTED MATERIALS IN STOCK:

• Carbon steel ASTM A105 WCB

Dimensions: 1/2″ – 24″
