Forged Gate Valve Carbon Steel With Rising Stem Sw / 800 Lbs
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Gate valves are primarily intended to stop the flow of fluid. The valve is closed by turning the handwheel clockwise. It is not recommended to use tools to increase the torque of the handwheel during closing and opening of the wedge. The gate valve can only be used in the fully open or closed position. The specified gate valve is not used for flow regulation.
WORKING FLUID / MEDIUM
Steam, water, thermal oil, fuels, lubricating and combustible hydraulic oils, petroleum, air, gas, non-combustible hydraulic fluids, boiler feed water, condensate, seawater.
Dimensions: DN 10 – 50
Our forged carbon steel gate valve is engineered for high-pressure industrial applications, offering superior durability and leak-tight performance. Designed with a rising stem mechanism, it provides clear visual indication of valve position, enhancing operational safety and control. The valve body is forged from high-grade carbon steel, ensuring exceptional strength and resistance to thermal and mechanical stress, making it ideal for demanding environments in oil and gas, chemical processing, and power generation sectors.Key features include:Socket weld (SW) end connections for secure, high-integrity jointsPressure rating of 800 lbs, suitable for severe service conditionsRising stem design for easy maintenance and position verificationForged construction for enhanced mechanical properties and longevityCompliance with industry standards such as API and ASTMThis gate valve is optimized for on/off service, providing minimal pressure drop and reliable shut-off capabilities. It is available in various sizes and can be customized to meet specific operational requirements, ensuring compatibility with your system’s needs. Trust in its robust design for critical applications where failure is not an option.
