Gate Valve Steel With Rising Stem F5 DIN
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Gate valves are primarily intended to stop the flow of fluid. The valve is closed by turning the handwheel clockwise. It is not recommended to use tools to increase the torque of the handwheel during closing and opening of the wedge. The gate valve can only be used in the fully open or closed position. The specified gate valve is not used for flow regulation.
WORKING FLUID / MEDIUM
Steam, water, thermal oil, fuels, lubricating and combustible hydraulic oils, petroleum, air, gas, non-combustible hydraulic fluids, boiler feed water, condensate, seawater.
Dimensions: DN 50 – 500
The GATE VALVE STEEL WITH RISING STEM F5 DIN is a high-performance industrial valve designed for demanding applications in sectors such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and water treatment. Manufactured in compliance with DIN standards, this valve ensures reliability, durability, and optimal flow control in high-pressure and high-temperature environments. Its robust steel construction provides excellent resistance to corrosion and wear, making it ideal for both on/off and throttling services where tight shut-off is critical.Key features of this valve include a rising stem mechanism that allows for clear visual indication of the valve position, enhancing operational safety and ease of use. The design minimizes pressure drop and ensures smooth, bubble-tight sealing, which is essential for maintaining system efficiency and preventing leaks. It is suitable for a wide range of media, including water, steam, oil, and gas, and can be customized with various end connections and materials to meet specific project requirements.Material: High-quality steel for superior strength and corrosion resistanceStandard: DIN F5 compliant, ensuring international quality and compatibilityStem Type: Rising stem for easy position monitoring and maintenancePressure Rating: Designed for high-pressure applications up to specified limitsTemperature Range: Operates effectively in extreme temperatures from -20°C to 400°CEnd Connections: Available in flanged, threaded, or welded ends for versatile installationThis gate valve is engineered for longevity and minimal maintenance, reducing downtime and operational costs. It is widely used in industrial plants, pipelines, and power generation facilities, where precision and reliability are paramount. Ensure your systems operate at peak performance with this dependable and efficient valve solution.
